Kyle is a husband, dad, and teacher who is passionate about serving and giving to better the lives of others.
He’s more passionate about education and the power it has on individuals and communities.
Kyle Boze is a leadership coach, educator, and speaker who has spent the last nine years in the classroom teaching and living the very principles of leadership he now shares with others. Unlike many coaches who speak from theory, Kyle’s approach is grounded in real-world experience - developed not only teaching leadership principles to corporate executives but also in the daily dynamics of guiding and growing young leaders in one of Ohio’s largest high schools.
Since 2016, Kyle has taught at Kettering Fairmont High School, where he created and launched a one-of-a-kind Leadership course in 2019. Within his class, he’s constantly testing, refining, and proving what works when it comes to equipping people with the tools to lead themselves and others. This hands-on experience sets him apart from traditional consultants and ensures the strategies he shares are practical, actionable, and effective whether that be for 15 year old students or superintendents.
As a strategic leadership coach and consultant, Kyle has a proven record of helping organizations develop high-performing leaders and thriving cultures. Known for being dynamic, people-focused, and results-driven, he empowers individuals to lead with confidence, inspires teams to reach new levels of performance, and helps organizations drive meaningful, sustainable growth.
Kyle is also a sought-after speaker and facilitator, designing innovative programs that engage, challenge, and transform. Whether in a corporate setting or an educational environment, he provides best-in-class workshops and training that give emerging leaders the skills to grow and equip established leaders to transform their influence.
His passion for leadership extends well beyond the classroom. Kyle founded Kettering Connect, a service initiative that partners students with local businesses to impact the community in powerful ways. Together, they have:
Purchased Christmas gifts for more than 1,500 children
Supplied over 400 pairs of new shoes to kids in need
Donated thousands of dollars to homeless shelters, children’s hospitals, and social service organizations
Provided more than 12,500 meals to local families
Logged over 4,000 volunteer hours since 2021
In recognition of his work, Kyle has been honored with the Kettering Outstanding Teacher Award (2018-2019) and the Franklin B. Walter Teacher of Influence Award (2022).
Before education, Kyle built a successful corporate career, most recently serving as Global Marketing & Customer Experience Manager at Ferno EMS. His professional background across diverse industries enables him to bridge the gap between corporate strategy and human-centered leadership development. He holds a B.S. in Marketing from Wright State University and an M.Ed. in Workforce Development from Bowling Green State University.
An avid volunteer, Kyle is a proud member of DorWood Optimist, a dedicated supporter of Shoes 4 the Shoeless, and a mentor within the Montgomery County College Promise Program.
He lives in Ohio with his wife and two children.
